Hello and welcome to my website where you will find information about the alternative and complementary therapies I provide. I decided to train in complementary therapies after suffering from back pain and sciatica and was impressed at the effectiveness of the treatments. I undertook my training in the Bowen Technique with the College of Bowen Studies and qualified in 2010. I fulfil their requirements regarding health and safety and I am fully insured for all the treatments that I offer. I am an Accredited Practitioner of the Bowen Technique.
I am also a Spinal Touch practitioner and use this in conjunction with Bio Stress Release (which incorporates Orthobionomy). I hold ITEC Level 3 Diplomas in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology, Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Swedish Body Massage (also known as Holistic Massage) and Indian Head Massage. The body’s ability to heal, relax and recuperate is very important so in addition I offer treatments in Spiritual Energy Healing, Reiki, Facials, Natural Lift Facial Massage, Zone Face Lift, Crystal Healing and Sound Healing.
I hold an Emergency First Aid at Work certificate and I undertake continuing professional development on a regular basis to update and enhance my skills (see Continuing Professional Development page for details). My main clinic (where I work from home) is in a quiet area of Taunton where you can hear the birds singing and completely relax and let go of the stresses and strains of modern life. There is also easy on-street parking with no restrictions.
I believe that Complemetary Therapies should be available to everyone and I try to keep my prices as affordable as possible so that everyone can have the treatment they need.
